主讲题目Transparent oxide electrodes on mica for high-temperature-processed flexible optoelectronic devices

摘要:In recent years, advances in technologies for flexible optoelectronic devices, including various displays, sensors and photovoltaic devices, have laid more stringent requirement on highly flexible transparent substrates. In this talk, I will present our latest work on transparent oxide thin films on mica for high-temperature-processed flexible devices. High-performance conducting ITO, AZO and AZO/Au/AZO electrodes were deposited on transparent and flexible muscovite mica substrates. The use of mica as a substrate material makes a high-temperature annealing process (up to 500 °C, as compared with flexible polymeric substrates) possible, which significantly improves the structural, electrical and optical properties of deposited oxide thin films. In addition, these electrodes remain their low electric resistivity even after continuous bending of up to 1000 times on acount of the unique layered structure of mica. When used as a transparent heater, ITO/mica shows a fast ramping up to a high temperature, across large areas, which is a new record among flexible transparent heaters. When used as a transparent electrode, ITO/mica permits a high temperature annealing approach to fabricate flexible perovskite solar cells (PSCs) with high efficiency. Our work suggests that muscovite mica is a very promising candidate substrate for flexible optoelectronics which requires high temperature annealing process.


报告人概况:

柯善明,深圳大学副教授,材料科学与工程系副主任,九三学社社员。入选深圳市海外高层次人才“孔雀计划”B类,深圳大学“荔园优青”。 2008年博士毕业于西北工业大学,2009-2012年在香港理工大学做博士后研究。Journal of Nanomaterials (SCI)客座主编,International Advanced Applied Physics Research杂志副主编。在氧化物薄膜及异质结、柔性透明导电薄膜及器件等领域积累了丰富的研究经验。在Adv. Mater., Adv. Electron. Mater., ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces, J. Mater. Chem. C, Appl. Phys. Lett.等专业学术期刊发表学术论文近70篇,论文引用次数超过820次,单篇最高引用109次。Adv. Funct. Mater., Sci. Rep., J. Mater. Chem. A, Appl. Phys. Lett.等专业期刊审稿人。
